SpaceLabs Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SpaceLabs apps (“the App”), including AutoTag Pro. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Functionality

You must use the App in compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and any usage limits set within the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features, fixing bugs, or improving performance.

  • Creating correct rules
  • Reviewing tags generated by the App
  • Ensuring automated actions meet your business requirements

We are not responsible for undesired tagging caused by rules you configure.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Grant required Shopify access scopes
  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse Shopify API data

You retain ownership of all store data.

3. Fees & Billing

All billing is handled through Shopify.

If you uninstall the App, future charges stop automatically.

Past charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Refund Policy

Because Shopify manages billing, refunds are issued only at Shopify’s discretion.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Partial use of a billing cycle
  • Misconfigured rules
  • Merchant mistakes or misunderstanding of features
  • Uninstallation before the end of a billing cycle

However, if the App fails to function as advertised due to a technical issue on our side, please contact support.

We will:

  1. Attempt to resolve the problem, and
  2. If the issue is confirmed, submit a refund request to Shopify on your behalf.

5. Data Access

The App accesses store data only as needed to:

  • Apply tags
  • Display rule results
  • Provide support

We do not store unnecessary personal data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability will not exceed fees paid in the last 30 days

The App is provided “as is” without warranties.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You misuse the App
  • You breach these Terms

Upon uninstall, all shop data is deleted.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
